AAP recognizes you, the author of the image, retain full ownership of the copyright in each Entry. All entrants understand that any image submitted to the Competition may be used by AAP, and its Event Partners, for marketing and promotional purposes of the event only. AAP will always notify the owner of the photograph before any publication or inclusion is made. You hereby grant AAP a non-exclusive license in each Entry throughout the world in all media for any use connected to the promotion of the Competition, including, but not limited too: (a) judging the Competition. (b) displaying the winning entries and runners up at public exhibitions promoting AAP and organized by AAP. (c) inclusion within the www.all-about-photo.com website, an Competition's book, magazine or similar. (d) inclusion within any materials in the promotion of the Competition. (e) sub-licensing the Entries to the press for reproduction in connection with the Competition.
